First 9 Weeks of Commitment

• Complete your Map to Support-Raising Success

October 14, 2020

• Last call to apply for / renew passport. *Beyond now, you must “expedite”

October 23, 2020

• 25% of your support goal met

* Check out the Introduction tab of your profile to see your fundraising total

November 20, 2020

• 50% of your support goal met

* Must be reflecting on fundraising summary

* Checks mailed by November 9th; Online donations by November 16th

• Ensure your profile is complete (includes Passport uploaded)

December 3, 2020

• Releases & Reference forms due – medical, counselor, mentor

* If applicable, we have talked with you

December 23, 2020

• 75% of your support goal met

*Must be reflecting on fundraising summary

*Checks mailed by December 9th; Online donations by December 16th

• Travel to Training Camp/Launch tab completed

• Vaccinations box updated and confirmed

Early January, 2021 – specific dates TBD

• 6-Month Gap Year only: Training Camp and Launch

January 4, 2021

• 6-Month Gap Year only: 100% of your support goal met

January 8, 2021

• All trips except 6-Month Gap Year: 100% of your support goal met

*Checks mailed by December 25th; Online donations by January 4th

January 22, 2021: All trips except 6-Month Gap Year: Training Camp & Launch (Gainesville, GA)!  *Details to come
